We would like to encourage our ladies to start making plans to attend West Coast Women’s Conference this year. If you came last year, I know you are looking forward to returning to the beautiful Oregon Coast. Bring a friend with you and that will make it even better. See you there!!

Jelaine Lumpkin | Little Rock, AR

jelaine_jim_lumpkinJelaine Lumpkin travels and speaks all over the nation. She has produced a DVD, Sacred Landmarks, where she “masterfully presents the dynamics of truth, worship, and holiness that have gracefully marked the unique heritage of a godly woman.” This is available at Pentecostal Publishing House.

Jelaine is married to Pastor James G. Lumpkin Jr. of Word Aflame Fellowship (WAF), who believes a church filled with powerful Apostolic praise and worship will touch the hearts of the lost and hurting. Bro. Lumpkin and his wife, Jelaine, have pastored WAF in Little Rock, Arkansas since 1991. He currently serves as Presbyter of Section Three of the Arkansas District. He also serves as the South Central Regional Director of the UPCI North American Missions Administrative Committee, representing Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and both districts in Texas. He serves on the School Board of the Tupelo Children’s Mansion as well, and in the past served as Youth President in the New Jersey/Delaware District.

The Lumpkins have a son, Tres’ (34), and a daughter, Brandee (24).

Rachel Coltharp | Aurora, IL

rachel_brent_coltharp2Rachel Coltharp is wife to one, mother to four. She is fluent in 4 languages. Infantese, Toddlerspeak, Teenlingo and Husbandism. She is a writer and public speaker who shares from her real life experiences, mostly mistakes and do-overs. She has a devotional website The Write Word and a domestic blog Galaxy Coltharp filled with home making tips, garage-selling adventures thrift store jaunts free-cycling curb-cycling craigslist snags handy-downs and bargain basement/clearance finds and projects.

Rachel’ husband, Brent L. Coltharp, serves as Lead Pastor of First Apostolic Church of Aurora, Illinois. Graduating from East Aurora High School in 1988, Brent began answering the call of God to ministry by attending Texas Bible College in Houston, Texas. After two years in Houston, he transferred to Indiana Bible College in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Theology in April of 1992.

A few weeks following his college graduation, Brent married Rachel Fortner of Houston, Texas. They began preaching throughout the United States from 1992 until he was elected Associate Pastor of FAC in December of 1996. It was during this time period that Brent and Rachel began raising their four children: James, Reagan, Lincoln, and Grant. Pastor Brent was elected Co-Pastor on January 17, 2000, a position he continued to serve in, until transitioning to Lead Pastor on January 1, 2008. Brent enrolled for graduate studies at Wheaton College, where he graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology in 2001, earning a second Masters Degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from the Wheaton College Graduate School in 2006.

Currently, Brent is continuing his education at the Regent University School of Divinity, where he is nearing the completion of a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) Degree with a concentration in Leadership and Renewal. Brent frequently preaches, teaches, and writes in a variety of contexts. He has also served in various ministry and administrative roles: as the Illinois District Youth Secretary and Illinois District Youth President, as a Presbyter on the Illinois District Board, as an Adjunct Professor at Gateway College of Evangelism, on the Points of Refuge oversight committee, and was North Central Regional representative for the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) Media Missions. Currently, Brent continues to serve as Lead Pastor of FAC Aurora, as the Vice-Chairman of the Gateway College of Evangelism Board and as the District Superintendent of the Illinois District UPCI.
